Our waffles have built a reputation as being Montreal’s best waffles. Our waffles are made from belgian traditional methods and recipes incorporating fresh and natural quality ingredients. Dip your waffles in real milk, dark or white chocolate, add a scoop of gelato and enjoy every bite.

Made on the moment made from pure chocolate and cream (intense) or milk. Chili cayenne is the most popular and is hot!

Gelato

Hand made in the old italian tradition. Our gelato has much less air than traditional ice cream resulting in a much more intense flavour. Our sorbets are made with real fruit. We have over twenty-five different flavours.

One of a kind, these chocolates are the result of a fusion of crunchy praline and either creamy ganache or fruit purée, all in a chocolate cup. They’re perfect when you want to make a good impression.

Truffles

Our truffles are filled with five different ganaches and dipped in either milk, dark or white chocolate. They are then decorated by hand to give them their own unique finish. Make them crack under your teeth!

Truffes artisanales

Our artisanal truffles are all made from scratch by hand in very small batches. We cook the cream a little less than our other ganaches resulting in a creamier taste, with a shorter shelf life. They are so special due to the paper thin chocolate coating revealing the true taste sensations behind the ganaches. The best of the best!

Diamants bruts

To prepare these we first "caramelize" the almonds and hazelnuts. We then enrobe them in our hazelnut praline, then a thin coating of chocolate and finally dust them in pure cocoa powder! They are sooooo delicious.
