Suite 88 Chocolatier has been proud to bring artisanal chocolates to Montreal for more than 20 years. Our love of chocolate encourages us to seek out the very best ingredients and flavour combinations, because we believe that the quality of every ingredient counts. Chocolates are made by hand in small batches at our atelier by our Chef Chocolatiere Ashley Mosca. Ashley trained at the prestigious Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and has been lending her skilled hand and palate to our team since 2008. She and our team love to travel the world looking for the newest trends and flavours to bring back and be enjoyed by Montrealers!
“I fell in love with chocolate when I was little girl. Who didn’t?! I always enjoyed baking and cooking and experimenting with recipes, so when I was faced with the decision of which career to choose, it was easy; I was going to make sweet things! After my first chocolate lesson at Le Cordon Bleu, I knew that this was going to be my speciality. The way the chocolate moved, and changed and transformed… I was in awe. I was learning from top chefs, including Maître ouvrier de France Christian Faure, and loving every moment.”
Ashley paired up with marketing expert Anna Valenti, and together they have been growing and expanding Suite 88’s reach in the Montreal area.
