Due to the fragile nature of many of our products, we strive to avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures. For this reason we ship within Canada Monday-Thursday from October – April and Monday-Wednesday from May-September.

When hot weather is expected we include ice packs and heat resistant packing materials.

Sorry, we do not ship to PO boxes.

If a package is lost during shipping, Suite 88 Chocolatier will resend the order at no expense to the customer. A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 days.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products.
